Chaparral Motorsports is injecting some excitement into the SoCal sportbike scene by hosting a series of bike nights at their San Bernardino-based dealership right off the 215. Set to run every two weeks on Wednesday nights through September, it’s great venue to meet up with fellow riders and check out some trick street bikes.

And to help get the word out on its new Sportbike and Off-Road exhaust line-ups, Vance & Hines has launched a third show truck, which made its debut at Chaparral’s bike night this past Wednesday. With a stealthy flat-black appearance, the new Vance & Hines Renegade/Freightliner will be hitting up bike nights and other motorcycle events throughout the season to showcase the full-line of Vance & Hines products including exhaust systems, air intakes and fuel management systems for the v-twin, sportbike and dirtbike markets.

For 2009, Vance & Hines is ramping up its new CS-One line of slip-on mufflers for sportbikes. Featuring stainless steel construction and a unique trapezoidal canister design, the CS-One can be purchased with either a polished or matte black ceramic finish.

Despite the threat of rain showers, a strong contigent of riders made their way out to Chaparral Motorsports and were rewarded with a fun night of entertainment including free pizza, a live DJ and the DVD premier of the motorcycle documentary ‘Street Kings’, as well as getting the chance to interact with a variety of aftermarket vendors.

Vance & Hines will continue to increase its participation and support at a greater variety of motorcycle events, from dealer open houses and bike nights to full-blown rallies like Sturgis. The next event for the Vance & Hines Show Truck will be at the Edgewater Casino for the Laughlin River Run, April 22nd through 26th.
