In racing, when the red flag waves, we all pull back into the pits. It can be a moment of great anxiety, but it is also a moment to reflect and regroup.
The safety and well-being of our entire team is paramount to everything we do, which is why we immediately complied with our state’s stay-at-home orders and suspended our daily operations last week.
The world is in a moment unlike anything our generation has witnessed before. We are profoundly grateful to all of the first responders, medical professionals and volunteers on the front line of this crisis, working tirelessly to bring this pandemic under control.
During this red flag stoppage, our customer service team will continue to provide daily support through our normal channels by phone, email, live chat and direct messaging.
